Freakin' GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

I have one idiot, I mean head cashier, who just doesn't get it. And it isn't like I can just pull her aside and talk with her, considering we are either slammed, or on opposite shifts, and ask her what is up, coach her along, and make appropiate decisions during her shifts. No, I get to hear second hand what her wants and needs are. What her gripes are, after I have actually given her options, while on the fly. Is it my fault that she chose to do a back to back shift? No. I told we that she can trade and work later the next day, and she turned me down. To BAD!!! You need a lunch, be assertive and get manager to cover you. Its your job to do this. Not mine, when I am off the floor, in a meeting, and can not leave. If you don't like it, get out. Please, just get out. How many times do you have to be told to make sure breaks are done on your watch??? You know how to, so do it. I know it isn't lack of training. Not only have I gone over it, so has two other managers, my team lead, and a Zone mgr or two. Oh, you are so pissing me off, and so far I can't do a DAMN thing til I talk to you. AAARRRRRGGGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
