But you must go. I have put up with you for far to long. I mean, what have you truly ever done for me? Oh, sure, with you I get the guys rubber necking, but that is to get a look at you. What is funny, is I don't even know why they do. You are fat, both of you! I have tried to get you to lose weight, but you won't., You are just too damn stubborn. And a pain in my neck, and back. You always give me headaches, so be gone with you! Alright, not all of you, just most. I am sorry Twins, but we must go under the knife. You will thank me for it, trust me.

LOL.. ok, enough talking to the Twins. I just found out yesterday that I have been approved by my insurance company for my reduction. I am 100% covered even!!!! Now I get to go and figure out what is the best date to do this. Will be scheduling with not only work, but someone to take care of me, at least for a few days...lol Keep me in your prayers.
